Resin Impregnated Paper Condenser Transformer Bushing covers High Voltage Resin Impregnated Paper bushing and Low Voltage Resin Impregnated Paper Bushing; These RIP transformer bushings apply for Transformer, Pad-mounted transformer, Power distribution, Power substation, and Power plant.
The bushing sleeve has two types: Porcelain and Composite
Composite means silicone rubber. The Silicone rubber sleeve material of RIP transformer bushing are Dow Corning, imported from USA, which have a good quality and good electric performance. Integral injection of shed can be mold at the vulcanization for extrusion process and high temperature & high pressure. The composite materials meet the IEC 60587.
Resin Impregnated Paper (RIP) Dry Type Condenser Bushing Features:

2.Voltage is from 12 kV up to 800 kV,
3.Current range is from 1A up to 50000A
4.Dry type, without Oil, without blast.
5.Epoxy resin impregnated paper insulation, Free Maintained. 9 level anti-seismic
6.Installed angle up to 180° from vertical
7.Draw-lead type or Current-carrying type bushing
8.Bushing Sleeve : Porcelain or Silicone Rubber material
9.Test tapping be provided
11.Insulation: Epoxy resin, insulated paper
12.Compact structure, small volume, light weight and convenient for transportation
13.Lead time: 0-120 days or depend on the quantity.
14.Customize bushing for customers, for example NEMA Standard, CT accommodation or other details replaced project requirement
15.Bushing may be equipped with intelligent devise
